When you purchase an item, the sale is final. There are no refunds unless we, the sellers, receive conclusive proof that any damage on the item was caused by us while it was still in our hands. This does not apply after the items were shipped. We are willing to discuss any questions you may have. Thank you, and have a great shopping experience.
